How do you squeeze a seven-story luxury condominium building into a 65-foot height limit? Use a post-tensioned concrete slab structural system. Use design and details to raise the perceived ceiling height.

Zoning and neighborhood constraints further complicated the design. The architect's feasibility analysis had determined that putting the parking underground was not economically viable.

A touch of elegance was achieved by using curved windowpanes on the  bay windows. The floor plans were well thought-out and the units were meticulously detailed.

The units sold for the hightest recorded per square foot prices in the neighborhood.
